Not happy with a product?
Please return it unopened and unused and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email [email protected] before returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 14 days of purchase or we cannot give any refund.
If a product is out of stock after you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative as a replacement. If you do not want the alternative, we will then refund you the cost of the product you originally ordered.
