Sodium bicarbonate of the highest quality extracted from natural deposits of mineralized sodium bicarbonate through a simple process with water, without the use of aluminum or chemical agents.
Without magnesium stearate, without silicon dioxide.
When used in combination with acidic ingredients such as molasses, vinegar, etc., it releases carbon dioxide which causes the dough or pasta to rise.
